Haley Pullos Surrenders to 90 Days in Jail After DUI Charge and Wrong-Way Crash

Haley Pullos is serving a 2023 DUI sentence.

Pullos submitted to 90 days in Pasadena City Jail on Monday, one year after her arrest on April 29, 2023, according to her attorney, Mark Daniel Melnick.

The 25-year-old actress pleaded not guilty to the charges stemming from a 2023 hit-and-run, which was followed by a wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway that caused physical harm and property damage.

Melnick claims she is scheduled to be sentenced on July 29.

Pullos, in addition to 90 days in jail, must serve five years probation, 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in compensation to Courteney Wilder, the second motorist involved in the incident, according to Melnick.

"Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety," he said in a statement released to PEOPLE.

Shortly after the crash in April 2023, PEOPLE reported that law police discovered the General Hospital star stuck in her car, unable to get out.

The Pasadena Fire Department had to use the "jaws of life" to rescue her from the truck, and she was then brought to a nearby hospital for treatment. Wilder, the other motorist involved, was also hospitalized with serious injuries.
