Every every day, I consume a smoothie. In this post, I will educate you on how to create a smoothie,  

provide some of our favourite smoothie recipes, and give some of my own personal suggestions  

Smoothies are simple to make, nutritious, and pleasant to consume.  

In addition, I am not kidding when I say that I bring my blender (which is a Vitamix, of course) with me whenever we go on a trip.   

Having a glass of fruit, veggies, and protein to start my day is something that I really enjoy doing.  

The fact that each of our smoothie recipes can be prepared in fewer than five minutes suggests that learning how to make a smoothie is a really simple process.

When I want to sneak some fruits, vegetables, and protein into our everyday lives in a way that my children simply adore, I take great pleasure in making smoothies.
